The Jorge Espejal Contreras IALEIA Scholarship

image][Jorge with flag
Jorge Espejel-Contreras was IALEIA Chapter Mexico President when he passed away unexpectedly in January 2007. Jorge was known to many of us on the IALEIA Board as a reserved man, but was passionate about the role of the honest and ethical use of intelligence in law enforcement. He showed great dedication to his community, and to his country, and will be missed by his many friends in IALEIA.

In honor of Jorge, the IALEIA Board will award annual scholarships of $1000 to eligible IALEIA members and their families.
