Chapter President Tracey has been an active member of  IALEIA since 1995. Prior to being elected President, Tracey held the positions of Secretary and Vice President. Tracey has worked for the Boston Division of the FBI for 12 years, where she has held the position of  Intelligence Analyst since 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Skidmore College and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

Chapter Vice President Dedra has been an active member of IALEIA for 5 years. Prior to attaining her role as Vice President, Dedra served as Treasurer of the New England Chapter.  She is currently employed with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as the Senior SIU Analyst.  Prior to her employment with Liberty Mutual she worked as an Investigative Analyst with the Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts and as a Crime Analyst with Northeastern University Public Safety Division. She also attended Northeastern University as a student and received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 1996 and her Master of Science in Criminal Justice in 1998. Dedra is also a Certified Criminal Analyst.

Chapter Treasurer Mary has been employed by the New England State Police Information Network (NESPIN) since November 1996. For over five years, Mary has been a Criminal Intelligence Analyst, and prior to that she held the position of Criminal Information Technician. Mary has been a member of IALEIA since November 1997 and was certified by SCCA in October 1998. While employed at NESPIN, Mary has written four articles for NESPIN's Law Enforcement Bulletin. She is also responsible for facilitating NESPIN's quarterly Asian/Gang meetings. Mary received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Law from Suffolk University.

Chapter Secretary Cara is employed by the New England State Police Information Network (NESPIN) as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst. She has worked at NESPIN for over three years, and has been a member of IALEIA since 2000. Cara also received her certification by the SCCA in 2000. She has contributed two articles to the NESPIN Law Enforcement Bulletin, and co-facilitates the quarterly information-sharing meetings for law enforcement officers on Asian Gang/Street Gang Meetings. Cara earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Richard Stockton College in New Jersey in 1992, and in 1994 completed the Basic Course for Investigators given by New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety's Police Training Commission at Fort Dix Military Base. She then began a career in the field of law enforcement at the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey, first as an Investigator for three years, and then as a Detective with the Narcotics Task Force for three years. After moving to Massachusetts in 1999, Cara was a private investigator for Data Quest Investigations in Boston, and served as a police dispatcher with the Weston Police Department prior to her arrival at NESPIN.
